Happy Calories

After coming to college, I wanted to LOSE the "freshman 15." I don't think I'm fat, but I know I could be healthier. I have been eating way healthier, but how boring would life be without rewards, sweets, and a little sugar?

You can still lose weight while having 200
happy calories. 

These happy calories can be on anything you want. Eat that sugar cookie, have a scoop of ice cream. Don't punish yourself with only eggs and spinach everyday. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising, these happy calories will not even phase you in the end. 

Today, I went for ice cream with my brother. I got a kids scoop of cookie dough. Am I mad at myself? Nope, but I got that extra motivation for my workout!
